You need JavaScript enabled to view it After serving 6 years in the United States Navy as an Electronic Technician, Cecil obtained his degree in Business Management while working in the telecommunications industry. He has held several management positions during his career in manufacturing, including Technical Supervisor, Master Scheduling Manager and Operations Manager. Cecil joined the LSI team as Operations Manager in 2004 and was appointed Executive Director in April 2005. Cecil grew up in Bedford County and lives in Lynchburg City with his wife Donna, they have two grown sons. He enjoys motorcycling and camping.

	Jerry Wadsworth Asst. Executive Director/Vocational Rehab Manager Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Jerry has been with LSI for 32 years and has held numerous positions including Floor Supervisor, Program Manager and Human Services Coordinator. Currently Jerry serves as LSI’s Vocational Rehabilitation Manager and Assistant Executive Director. He is responsible for overseeing and managing LSI’s Vocational and Education programs. Jerry and his supervisory staff provide leadership and direction for our consumers and work daily to deliver LSI’s mission.

During his 21 years at LSI he has had many different duties including Maintenance Mechanic, Forklift Operator, Truck Driver and Machine Operator. In 2005 Mike became Operations Manager for LSI’s Corrugated and Sub-Contract divisions. He believes in the mission of LSI and loves his job. Lewis is always looking for the opportunity to develop new business in the Central Virginia area. One of his top priorities is getting the word out about our quality products and dedicated workforce.
